full and short Lymphoedema
training course content and lectures are up to date and current. The latest
update for these courses was made in February 2012. They are developed and delivered by
experienced instructors or therapists. Course content is based on the
Casley-Smith Method of Complex Lymphatic Therapy. All students/participants learn
specific professional skills and are provided research information to make
positive judgment within their application of learned
knowledge.

complex physical therapy lymphatic drainage massage, bandaging and compression garment techniques to use in a professional
setting. Courses are very

and Naturopaths wanting to know more and gain an introduction that can be immediately
implemented as a complete integrated package about the
specific management of lymphoedema and oedema reduction. The course is current

course segment: This 'hands on' part of the course is most
suitable for professionals. No prior experience is necessary. The hands on course
shows the bandaging techniques almost anyone can perform for lymphoedema and
lipoedema. The course is
current with the latest update in February 2012.. Professionals will find
this a most beneficial course when needing to know the exact special
techniques for lymphoedema and lipoedema bandaging. The pre-reading information supplied as
part of the course provides the need to know theory. The balance of
required practical knowledge is explained at the beginning of each day and at other

awarded at end of the course. About the Measuring and Fitting
Compression Garments for lymphoedema course segment: This is a 'hands on' practical course is suitable
for professionals only. No prior experience is necessary. The course explains and shows the techniques you need to decide the most appropriate
compression garment for your client. You learn which garment is in theory the
best choice and how to measure and fit compression garments
for lymphoedema and lipoedema. Professionals will find this a most
beneficial course as similar principles additionally apply to compression
garments for venous oedema too. A Certificate of attendance and completion

El Toro Hotel and Motor Inn - (Venue premises for 2012 Courses) Alternative accommodation is
normally available at: Sunnybrook Hotel and Function Centre, Shuttle bus service is normally around $100.00 for the return trip
(door to door from airport to the the Venue and back to the airport). Service is
pleasant and the drivers are very helpful. We start and finish courses on time so you can make
your travel arrangements with confidence. Courses finish at 3.30pm on the
final day. On the first and second day course will finish at approximately
4:30 pm
It takes approx a 1 hour travel (or a little less)
to and from the airport depending on traffic. Most people fly in on the morning of their first day,
stay one or two nights at a motel and will travel home the evening
they complete the final day of their course.
The shuttle bus is located near the Sydney Airport Domestic Terminal
buildings . It takes around 1 minute to walk from the baggage pickup area at
either domestic terminal to reach the shuttle bus waiting area. For Qantas passengers, turn right when leaving the baggage pickup doors and
walk to the shuttle bus waiting area. For Virgin and Jetstar passengers, turn left when leaving the baggage
pickup doors and walk to the shuttle bus waiting area. All resource materials required for the course are
supplied as part of the course.
